Much worse, that was embarrassing. The Gators paid Georgia State 555k to show up and roll over them, instead got rolled over themselves.

Embarrasing stuff is right.A lot of negative records have been broken this year.Even the year they went winless was better because you could see the progress and they at least were fun to watch.

There are stories coming out of fights in the lockeroom at halftime, players being suspended .You can bet we will see some transfers and recruiting losses as a consequence of this mess.
Hopefully they turn over the whole coaching staff over by next year although it looks like Champ will get another year at least.

The injury excuse does not cut it with me .

Florida already lost their best recruit in Cook. JC Jackson is about to decommit as well. I'm not sure how Muschamp survives this.

The most important recruit out of this class is Will Grier period. He may not end up being the best player in this class but he is the most important. He isn't going any where.

JC Jackson and Dalvin Cook only ones thinking of going else where as of now. Class is still going to be really good.

Florida flipped WR Ryan Sousa. He had been previously committed to FSU. He is a life long Gator fan and really close with Joker.

It looks like Muschamp may now wanna go with a more up tempo offense that passes more.

Looks like Florida will indeed be going to a more up tempo spread offense.

Looks like Will Muschamp knows who he wants to hire. However Gators are waiting til after Bowl.

I don't think it really matters who he hires to be honest. Fire the OC to buy another year but I think the conservative offense is what Muschamp wants and what Florida is going to get. We have the same problem with Golden/No'Dfrio

Florida contacted Blake Anderson the UNC OC to gauge his interest.

Florida landed highly rated 5 star OT David Sharpe today.

Florida also landed 4 star WR/TE Moral Stephens.

QB Max Staver is also transferring based on Gators moving to a spread offense.

QB Tyler Murphy will transfer and look to play somewhere immediately next year after graduating (he did that yesterday).

This is not confirmed or anything but a rumor. However it looks like Clay Helton will be the new Gators OC. Helton grew up in Gainesville.

Going to leave us rather thin at QB again...

How good was his offense this year? Have not seen any of USC this year. What else has he done? I really hope he is a gem. Our last few OCs have been horrible.

Edit: Just a quick search on ESPN... they were not great.

54th in total offense. 218 yards passing/game and 174 rushing yards/game and 28.5 pts / game (68th in the nation).

Not really a glowing endorsement of a team that plays in the defense lacking Pac 12. I hope WM knows what he is doing, bc if this guy is a bum They will all probably be fired after next year.

Well he hasn't been Offensive Coordinator a really long time and offense wasn't very good while he had top notch talent. I watch a few USC games (well parts) and I was not impressed. They did seem to get better after Kiffin was fired tho.

Then again, I am sure their offense was better than ours the last few years. LOL

USC scored 62 points vs Cal. I wasn't a big fan of there QB play either. They had some low scoring games obviously as well. However our offense has been so bad any change is welcome

Former Virginia Tech Kicker Brooks Abbott will be joining the Florida Gators as a preferred Walk-On. We need all the help we can get at Kicker

***Update***
Abbott (Jacksonville, FL) was an Army All-American but chose VT over Army and WKU. He was 11-for-15 on FG (long: 47) as a HS senior.

Florida signed Juco transfer Drew Sarvary. He is a 6"6 310 OT. He will be enrolling in Jan.

Florida will also be getting a transfer to the basketball team. Alex Murphy will be joining the team and transferring from Duke. If the name looks familiar it is. He is the brother of former Gator Erik Murphy.
