Man, as a part of his fan club. I'm afraid he's in danger of being cut if he's on the fringe! Headed to Baltimore if so?

It's true. He was arrested last night on battery charges. He's been released since. While it depends on the circumstances, this is certainly not a good move on his part.

Mauia, 23, punched a man in the face, "causing the victim to pass out and fall to the ground," according to the affidavit.

The victim's girlfriend and another man who were standing in the parking lot when the 6-foot, 270-pound Mauia walked by witnessed the incident, according to the affidavit.

"Mauia asked the victim, Michael Gianatassio, what the f--- he was looking at," the affidavit states. "Gianatassio said he wasn't looking at anyone. Mauia became upset and said, 'You should know,' as he approached Gianatassio. All of a sudden, Mauia punched Gianatassio in the face with a closed fist.

"He then allegedly drove away in a black Cadillac Escalade, but not before a witness took a picture of the license plate with a cell phone camera. A deputy ran the tag and went to the listed address with the witness.

Mauia came to the door and "denied that he was at the Ale House," the affidavit states. The witness positively identified Mauia as the man who hit Gianatassio.

I think that's all they wanted out of a fullback last year. what parcells wants i'm not sure but boomer sint going to be the guy either. ive seen him in kc and he's a poor man's muaia. a converted ILB. Mauia was actually better at the end of the season than Boomer

Bring on Grigsby...we don't need this kind of attitude and distraction on our team. Hopefully Boomer has improved enough to take over the starting spot, if not, then we look to the draft.

On a side note, when/if Mauia is released how many want to bet the Pats sign him up the very next day.
