Said to have:
- Built in Micro SD Slot
- SIM Card Tray
- Bluetooth headphone support
- Optical digital output/ analog line output
- ZuneX Original Games
- Xbox Originals
- OnLive Ready (huge imo)
- 32GB Flash Drive
- Built in rechargeable battery

You're right, it's near impossible for anyone to compete with Nintendo in the handheld market.
BUT, Sony has only been in one generation, I think Microsoft could take a considerable bite out of their market share.

and the answer is YES!!!
The Zune HD, which will be available in the fall for an undisclosed sum, offers up some interesting specs: HD Radio tuner, HD video out, a 480 by 272 pixel OLED touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, and a web browser (which, according to the street, is built on Internet Explorer).
EDIT: whoops, I was thinking the Zune HD and the ZuneX were the same thing...
