my fav guitar is the one in my hand. i've played everything from a 1'000 dolloar dave mustaine flying v jackson to a old piece of crap acoustic with 4 nylon strings found in someones trash and enjoyed every minute. but if i had to pick it's either the 62' mustang i had years and yrs ago or a really old peavy i had but about 15 yrs ago(niether of i still have).the peavy was so friggin heavy but the sound that came out of it really blew me away. i also really like the gibsons that young plays for ac/dc.
I had an old carvin dc 150 (les paul shape) and an Ibanez AE 30f acoustic both of which played so easily to me. I sold them one Christmas many years ago when money was tight and miss them to this day. One of the sweetest I've ever played was a les paul custom a friend had. The tone and sustain on that thing was amazing.
