I'm beginning to wonder why the Jests are evan wasting time on the regular season? They should just go ahead and pass go and go directly to the Superbowl. My new favorite team? ANYBODY playing the flambouyantly arrogant Jests.
Why are Dolphins fans so preoccupied with what the JETS are doing & saying? Worry about beating the Steelers next week & not what one of our WRs are saying. The JETS have been talking all summer up until now, it's nothing new. You have your style, we have ours. Our style is clearly working well for us.
I think what he said has a ton of merit. In order to be a championship team you need to be able to a) win in a hostile enviroment, b) win where you play poorly, and c) win ugly. Sanchez went on to to rip himself after the game. Go look at his comments. The Jets are happy they won the game, but understand that they were fortunate to do so.
Furthermore, I don't even think what he said was bad. It's the truth. Good teams need to know how to win those types of games. Former Jets teams lose this one for sure.
Between the lines, their style works. Everywhere else, all they do is build that pedestal. It's one thing to be confident, but the arrogance they project through the media outside the lines is vomit-inducing.
Um....8-3 two years ago. Wha' happen after that? Drives me nuts....and a MAIN culprit of that (and even you have to admit this, BB!) is Sanchez. Every throw he makes he turns into Scott Stapp singing "Arms Wide Open".
Favre got hurt. But injuries are a part of the game and the Jets could race out to 8-1, have Sanchez break his leg and have to resort to Mark Brunell. So I hear you. Still not apologizing for 5-1 and 3-0 in the division

If you didnt want opposing fans to come here & talk about the teams they support then why even have a forum for AFC East opponents...you all should just have one big *** forum for NFl discussions where you can indulge in your bashing circle jerk. Why do I have to worry about the Steelers if I don't want to? What I talk about on a message board doesn't affect the outcome of a game one iota.
The Steelers conversation is in the "Other NFL" forum.... The "AFCE Rivals" surprisingly, is about rivals from the AFC East. Go figure.
There's a lot of season left. You should be pretty familiar with late season collapses. It's only been two years since we won the division in the Meadowlands. Have fun with that one and half game advantage while it lasts.
