Dolphin1184New MemberOPGuys, once again I am setting up a fun fantasy league that anyone can join. I hope to have 16 teams in the league but if we don't get there it's okay. The roster is as follow:
1 QB, 2WR, 2 RB, 1 W/R, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DEF, 1 D, 1 DB, 1 DL
So far, the date for the draft is Sunday, August 17 at 9:30. If we don't get enough people or if this date doesn't work I can be flexible, but it HAS to be in the weekend. I am too busy during the week.

I capped it at 14 since the draft is tomorrow and I want even # of teams. If I get two more that want to join by tomorrow, then I am willing to bring it back up to 16.
Desidesforum_veteranNo thanks; my limit is 12 teams. Any more than that and you're basically leaving victories up to chance, IMO.

I enjoy big leagues because not everyone has stacked teams. Since the starter players are more spread-out throughout more teams, the waver wire/players list is emphasized more finding the "diamond in the rough" backups that all of a sudden appear because of injuries of starters, etc.
Usually I join one 10 team league (yours this year) and one big league (mine).

Fully understand and respect that. I just think that format lends itself more to luck than to good draft philosophy and player rankings. It's very difficult to discern the gems from the garbage once you get past a certain point. Marques Colston doesn't come along every day.
