That penalty was terrible, but I think Vernon's penalty on Jax's first drive was even worse if you consider how much impact it had on the game. That penalty was an offsides on 3rd and long which kept their drive going and eventually ended in a TD. It may have changed the whole complexity of the game if he had not jumped offsides there.
I think OV is pressing. Between being in a contract year and dealing with an injury, he's hurting the team right now. Someone needs to sit him down and get his head screwed back on.
