We will see. However watching Hogan in actual games, I don't see why people are so hyped up about him. He was pushed around by people who were much tinier than him and didn't play good special teams. Other than being a practice star, which has helped Brian Manning and Robert Baker so much in their careers, he has done nothing to warrent any hope that he is going to have a career.

Well he did get a cool nickname.

It is just as likely that Hogan made the roster because they are keeping us from signing him before the game. Making the Bills roster is not an achievement. Neither is making ours. Hogan wasn't good and there's literally nothing but a couple of minutes of heavily edited video for you to go on. You're basically arguing there are aliens, because you saw a commercial for the X-Files.

Uh, sure. Either that or Hogan was promoted to the 53 because the Bills need another WR and he earned the spot.

I actually think Anderson is one of the better referees. Just don't give us Coleman or Boger. Riveron is pretty bad too. The best by far though, is Mike Carey. Wish we could get him every week.

Mike Carey is poetry in motion.

Parry reffed that 2009 game with the Saints as I recall. That means he went under the hood on that int return where Ginn stripped Sharper 2-3 yards before the goal line, yet he did not reverse the call. There were a couple of other questionable calls in that game too, such as the TD call right before the half that stopped the clock, then was reversed to a 4th and goal from the one, but gave the Saints time to formulate strategy. Had the ball been ruled down short of the goal line, the clock would have ran and the Saints would have be lucky to ran another play or get their FG team on in time. Of course the Pizza Dude calling a time out as the Saints brought out their FG team did not help either. Then as we recall, the Saints changed their minds, went for a TD, made it as time ran out in the half.
That puts him in Bill Leavy and Gene Steratore territory to me.

You're right, he was the ref in that game. I don't like him anymore.

Hopefully he learned from that game.

It only takes a game or two where one feels a certain ref is hosing the team to get ya permanently soured on said ref. There used to be a chinless piece of crap named Tom White who reffed many years in the league and he continually hosed the Dolphins with bad calls. I ranted about him back at the time on several occasions. Gerry Austin screwed us pretty well too a couple of times in the early 90s.
