Bro this is bogus.:wink2: If you get caught on your sell phone for the first time and are not hands free, it is only 30.00 fine. I got this a while ago too, and found out it was phony.

Yeah, I was going to say the cell phone fine isnt that high. I almost got one yesterday actually but the cop just pulled up next to me and stared me down :(

Even if it was true, I'd still stay in California though

I think these are incorrect brother. You have been caught by yet another urban myth.

It's probably best to get news from legitimate new sites and not here:

Honest to god, but the headsets make it hard to identify the crazy people. I work in a store and always could spot the crazies talking to themselves. Now they always turn around and its just another douche on the phone.

I hate cellphones, they turn people into the most oblivious rude people on earth. They have their uses, but damn I swear that 9 of 10 people that piss me off are doing so via cell phone use.

And personally, I think driving fines should be high, its a priveledge, not a right.

    I don't agree at all.

Fines should be high for clear viloations where you can determine people are putting others in danger by their DRIVING at the time NOT what they may be doing in their cars.

I have a real problem with Govt. determining whether I can "walk and chew gum at the same time". Some drivers can't handle changing radio stations without veering into lanes next to them. So should govt. outlaw radios in cars?

I can drive and talk on a phone just fine with zero issues.
You can't outlaw everything because some people can't handle the challenge of every day activities.
