Enjoy the first 4 months of sleep and sex. All I know is sleep deprivation training has already begun. Sleeping with a pregnant woman who cannot get comfortable and has to get up to pee every 20 minutes makes for a real long night, and once the baby gets here I'm sure I'll long for those 20 minute naps. Congratulations! Start saving up those sleep hours. You'll need your strength those first few years. Just remember this phrase, "Someday he'll grow out of it." This applies to clothes, some early bad habits, the terrible twos/threes, the Barbie doll phase... And...a little hardship is good for the soul (a little tough love). It's nice to spoil kids for a while, but make sure you set those boundaries early on while you teach your son right from wrong. It's not instinctive. It has to be taught. Enjoy your special gift!
