Jamaal Charles did pretty good this week. He's probably going to be getting twice as many touches as Hightower from here on out. I'd go with him.
I'd go with Hightower. I like Charles, but he has a tough matchup againt the Steelers. Hightower should put up decent numbers against the Rams.
