Just got a new computer 2 months ago and the operating system is corrupt. I can't even get online. McAfee protection didn't do crap. I have Windows Vista now and was told I have to reinstall Vista but may be able to get a cd with XP on it from a friend. I'd rather have Windows XP so can I just uninstall Vista and install XP? Also, how can I get rid of all the bloatware that came with the computer?

If you bought the computer, you can do a reinstall of the operating system without all of the bloatware. But, there's a process you have to go through. Follow the steps in this link:

This is one of the best finds I have ever made. I've used the process on my HP desktop and Dell laptop and it worked incredibly well. It was a life saver.

    Easy,

    1. Repack computer in box it was shipped in.
    2. Send it back to where you got it
    3. Buy a Mac

Make sure that XP drivers are available for that machine.

Is there where I begin my anti-Mac rant. Na...I will be nice today.
