So I currently have Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit, but I want to upgrade to the Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

I currently do not have the install disc, but I figured I could find a friend or someone who does have the disc. If I do a fresh-install, can I upgrade my 32 bit system to a 64 bit system with the same non-OEM product key I am using??

Fairly certain you cant upgrade, would have to do a fresh install. But I believe you can use the same product key. Just make sure to backup your files.

Yes, It's always best to do a fresh install when installing an OS. My windows OS box came with one CDKEY for both x86/x64 DVD's.
