Fortunately (or unfortunately) for us, Houston won't need a QB draw to beat up on Sunday. More like a QB kneel.
If Houston is behind at any point in the fourth quarter I think I'd be pretty ecstatic. That means we will have done much better against them than we're expected to.
Asking "when is the last time we stopped a QB Draw?" Is liking asking "When is the last time we ran a sucessfull screen pass?" or "How come we never run off the left side of the line?"
So maybe we should just forfeit and save the money to fly the team over to Houston? This is NFL football. Maybe tomorrow is the proverbial given Sunday. Big Paul will take care of the quarterback draw.
I agree. Unless the Dolphins decide to play Smith one on one against Johnson, Johnson mostly lines up on the same side Marshall plays. If Marshall is defending Johnson for the majority of the day. I expect Johnson to have a very big day. I just don't think Marshall is a quality starting CB in the NFL and I think he will be exposed if he has to play the majority of the game against Johnson.
I ask this question all the time. Also it's counterpart - "When is the last time we stopped a screen play in the backfield?"
