I would think that Turner could end up with his college buddy in Sanchise, and that Mr Bill will bring in White, who he "supposedly" wanted.

Just our luck both will become the next "Wes Welkers", and again we have egg on our faces.

I'd think no to either. The Jets are better than Turner at WR and there's no way Bill would even bother with White.

The Welker thing doesnt bother me anymore.

Reason being: He would never have been used to his full potential while he was here. Im not so sure that Devone Bess on the Pats would'nt be an even better "Welker".

Good post, but to expand, Wesly Wanker didn't do much till he had Moss on the other side.
Bess has had NOBODY on the other side and already has more catches than Wanker did 2 years in.

To the OP, I personally HOPE they each sign a Pat, cause either one is just going to be a wasted roster spot...better it be on their rosters than ours.

    AZ,

Welker had this other guy throwing passes. The name escapes me but, people tell me he is not too bad.

Welker averages 10 ypc in New England just like he did in Miami. The only difference is they throw it to him 100 times a season, and we threw it to him 60-70 times a season

    He was "okay".
Welker came into the league the same way that Bess did, UDFA.
He lasted exactly one week in Sandy Eggo before the phins signed him.

well, he was my fave player when he was with us, so i'm a little biased when i say that i thought he was better than "okay." :tongue_smilie:

now i hate him with a passion.
