Hey, a weapon for Tua. Good signing.

Big Upside guy and I like the fact he can break a game open with his speed and big play ability. Guy is capable of going for 200+ yard games and flat out being the X factor. Still young too!

Downside is he will still be suspended for opening game of the year. Is made of glass. And has been inconsistent on a game by game basis.

1 year is low risk, so I like this. Dude can be electric.

He was pretty low on my list of desired WR's, but at this point I guess it's better than nothing.

As was intimated, has potential and at times plays like a #1, but huge injury issues throughout his career and got busted for PEDs last year which doesn't bode well going forward. Also has had benefit of playing alongside Hopkins for years meaning he doesn't get the double teams/#1 CBs. Would have much rather paid Curtis Samuel or Marvin Jones. I guess the good thing is that it's a one year deal so if he doesn't perform well he's not an anchor down the road.

Great, so now we have 2 receivers who can’t stay healthy

Dont we already have this is Parker? Both can be #1’s both are made of glass and hurt a lot dont like this deal unless he’s super cheap we still need a reliable #1 not two often injured #2

I feel this signing makes us more likely to draft TE Pitts with our first pick (#3 or trade back 1a)

    I didn’t realize he ran a 4.32 40. That’s blazing fast.

Either he turns out good for us or he’s our next David Boston..

Him in conjunction with Albert Wilson certainly could make us less likely to take a WR in the top 10. On the other hand, that's two walking injuries, with Parker and Williams also frequently injured, and Fuller is on a one year deal.

Now let’s take Pitts or DeVonta and we are set

If we could trade back to 8 and still get Pitts, that would be legit. If we’re stuck at 3, I hope we take Chase.

Feels very much like a bridge WR, to give our drafted WR(s) a year to develop. If he gets injured again this year, then we don't want him back in 2022, and if he has a career year he is priced out of Miami in 2022.

On the other hand, it just occurred to me that his suspension helped secured the #3 pick for Miami, so we kinda owed the guy, right?

The potential of our receiving corp, at least on paper, should be amazing though. Lining up Parker, Fuller, Gesicki and one of Chase/Pitts/Smith will have Tua and all Dolphin fans excited!
