    Here is a list

Ben Volin said on twitter and Rotoworld used it as their source
They're also retaining ERFA QB Pat Devlin and CB R.J. Stanford at $480,000 and
$630,000, respectively. Devlin is a third-stringer with a weak arm. Stanford is
a special teamer. Spitler, 26, is another special teamer who can make $1.323
million in base salary once he signs the one-year restricted tag.

    Rotoworld via Palm Beach Post
The Dolphins declined to tender restricted free agents WR Marlon Moore, S
Jonathon Amaya, TE Jeron Mastrud, and DB Bryan McCann, and exclusive rights free
agent Patrick Brown, making them unrestricted free agents.

Thought they might tender McCann, who flashed as ok to me in the last couple of games, but not bothered at all about losing any of the others...Moore included, who's had enough chances to shine as more than just a special teamer and hasn't delivered.

McCann surprises me. I thought he looked good enough to have an offseason.

    Well away from here
I agree except for McCann. Stanford showed more to me. He seems to fit what they like. He made some plays and provides some nice depth. I agree regarding Moore. He's a great ST guy, but we needed for him to show a bit more as a receiver/play maker. Special teams just wasn't enough on its own.

I thought Stanford had a good showing. He made a particular play on a pass break up in the endzone that made me hopeful for his ball tracking skills. He'll only be the 5th corner or so with Carroll, Wilson, Marshall, and whoever is added later.
