Ugh, this is the wildcard round of my fantasy football league and I am in a bind. The injury to Roy Williams forces my hand to play either Ted Ginn or Mike Furrey. Furrey looks to get a lot more balls headed his way with Williams being out and Ginn.... he's one of my favorite players. :) It is a points per reception league and no return yardage is involved, however, if Ginn runs a kick back, I get the 6 points for a TD.

    What should I do?

i would say that the safe bet is furrey and since it is the playoffs i feel thats what you would want. however if ginn takes one back you might be kicking yourself all week

No TD Passes from Beck..and Booker has been getting most of the catches...safe bet is Furrey.

I'll third Furrey. He just seems to be in the better position than Ginn. You'll probably want to reassess on a weekly basis, though: as Calvin Johnson's back gets better, he'll take more attention away from Furrey, and Ginn seems to be improving each week.

I'm starting Ginn today on my team.....but if I had Furrey. Ginn would ride the bench. Bad weather in Buffalo, Dolphins rookie QB, probably a low scoring game.....the only thing that would make me hesitate is that there will probably be a lot of punting in the Buff/Mia game and Ginn will probably rack up some good return yardage and a possible score.

Furrey will definately put up some stats today because Detroit is going to get behind and have to throw the ball a lot.

That's ust wrong! Hopefully next year is a different story. I'd start Furrey unless you get return yds for Ginn in your league.

FA pickups over? If so, then might as well go with Furrey. Yea, I feel your pain about Roy Williams. Good thing my backup WR is Brandon Marshall.
