Yup, that could happen....but not putting the cart before the horse regarding week 17, untill we handle business with week 16 and see what else happens. Lots of variables for sure.
I have pretty much put all of my eggs into the Steelers will beat the ravens in Pitt basket, and we will win out to play the Cheatriots in NE in the 1st round of the playoffs. I REALLY think we will win out. We owe the Texans Big-Time and I don't see us losing to them again, at home, with so much riding on the game. And Pitt is not going to beat us with the squad they are sporting in Miami if we can clinch a playoff spot by beating them.
i would love to see one of those wacky scenarios happen unfortunately i just dont see us winning both of our games before bashing me i am a die hard fan this team is young and inconsistent headed in the right direction definitely 09 just seems like a wash at this point im still hoping
No one should bash you.....fact is we have only put together a 2 win streak....granted we are only talking about 2 games....but.....we have to prove it before we claim its a slam dunk guarantee. I think we certainly can do it...but not knowing which team will show up and play to their capabilities, I am not sure either. I will counter your perspective, with my own.....if we get to the playoffs, we are the type of inconsistent, scrappy team, that I am telling you we could pull off a miraculous run, and would just as HONESTLY tell you winning the SB would not surprise me from this team and coaching staff to cap this crazy NFL season of who beats who on a week to week basis.
dude super bowl isnt going to happen this season i like your style although we have had differences its water under the bridge with that said your optimism is enlightening keeps me fighting on
totally under the bridge.....my differences are usually not what is said, but how it is said (emotion only vs. true facts of what the issue is). I am not opposed to accepting players that underperformed - its the attack-only at visceral level of players that rub me wrong way for what I love/respect about this site. As you said, all good. And, not stating SB is ours...saying this season has been so crazy, if it happened I wouldn't be shocked. So, seriously, can you tell me about your Avatar? Are you in it? i wasnt there it wasnt me i saw those guys during the game though and it was pretty cool those guys were representing in nashville real bandits or not fins play in my vicinity next season just might have to do it up and carry the torch on the road
