A late rd pick, huge salary though and moving into final yr of his contract, imho he is released rather than traded as that is just to huge of a risk.
Young's salary is to much for a team to trade for I think. But as a free agent, I would be potentially interested. He does have some talent, but needs to get that head on right. Perhaps a QB guru like Harbaugh might be able to coach him up a bit if we can't land a top draft QB. Wouldn't be my first choice, but I'd rather have Young than Henne.
VY has shown signs of greatness, especially the first time he returned to play again. He may need a change of scenery to get his head straight.
I wouldn't trade a bag of footballs for him. Even when he's released I hope we show no interest at all.
