I know every team needs talent, first and foremost. But ive been following the Dolphins and this league for a long time. And we all know there is more to winning in this league than just talent and on the field play. this team needs ppl that command respect around the league. we need a coach that gets the respect of the league, gets the respect of the refs on game day. we haven't had a guy like that since jj. im sick of these lame duck coaches, or these "fall guys". Even our ownership is a laughing stock around the league. Think Philbin gets respect in NFL circles? Cuz I don't think so. I'm sure he has some friends, and generally ppl think he's a nice guy. Some of you guys may not like it, but a guy like harbaugh is what we need. Ppl hated cowher, but he would have brought instant credibility to this team, something we've been lacking for a long time. it may not be harbaugh and it ain't cowher, but whoever it is, I hope it ain't another rookie head coach learning on the job here. Respect and Credibility are the two big things we need in our next coach.
