What makes so many of you sure Dumbo won't push Queasy's make or break year to 2016?

What was he right about, unless this is sarcasm, I have a hard time determining around these parts. Ross wasn't happy with the status quo, and offered a demotion or the obvious alternative, take a hike. It was Ross' decision to to remove him from final personnel decisions. Of course I am assuming here, but I doubt Ireland was offered the decision to take a smaller role or retain his previous one. Who else made the decision but Ross?

Was Tannenbaum there before Rex? I know they went on a free agent spree after Rex came on board, but did he assemble that roster before Rex came in?

I am very thankful that Dennis Hickey is with us, and I am really liking his first two seasons with the club, and he had made some really good finds through all avenues. I hope the Dolphins renew his contract, and gives him a raise before he is even due yet. Very important move for our team.
