I'd wanted Ken Whisenhunt in Miami for a few years but he's OC in San Diego which is a lateral move. I don't know an exceptional amount about his concepts but he has had NFL success and Philip Rivers is playing lights out. ETA: Ryan Matthews is actually an NFL halfback now too.
