   I graduated from the same school as Plummer (ASU) and thought he was a really good QB in college, but he just has never advanced in the pro's. He still forces too many throws and once he gets rattled forget it. I also saw way too many of his games for the Broncos here in Colorado...he might make a decent backup somewhere, but he would not be someone I would want in a Phin's uniform.
