What a joke of a franchise!!!

There is nothing to defend, it’s going to be injuries, name calling, trolling and no showing for some…

 

It was for a time at least in south Florida, that has changed, hopefully it changes again!

 

I’m ready for the complete rebuild.

Too much inadequacy with the GM and head coach.

the only life line left is must win against bill in New York, that’s it

 

Offense played well against a bad Arizona pass defense, but the offense also could have put the game away at the end and they didn't. They punted the ball away with 5 minutes left, which allowed Arizona to drive it down our throats for the game winning field goal.

 

And they generated a safety.

 

Yes, that too.

 

Not to go insano...

But someone said. Our last lifeline is next week against the Bills?

The team that has made us their ***** the last few years?

That is our lifeline?

It is over.

 

How about both are at fault?

 

I wouldn't say the offense played great. There was a lot of sloppy play on offense.

 

Emotional, visceral arguments aren't made from the logic center of your brain. You should try to consider why that is the case.

 

I didn't say it's all the offenses fault, but they could have put the game away and they didn't.

The only point total that is "enough" is the one that gets you the win.

Oh, and there is no need to start throwing out insults. That's not what mods should be doing on a board.

 

Every team that lost today scored less than 27 points, except the Jaguars who also scored 27 points.

Kansas City with the current god of football scores only 27 points against the Raiders.

Baltimore, with Lamar Jackson and King Henry only scored 24 points against the hapless Browns.

27 points was MORE than enough to win this game. The defense allowed the mediocre Cardinals to score 2 touchdowns and a field goal in the 2nd half after holding them to 1 TD and a FG the first half.

Point being, you can’t point to Tua nor the offense for this loss.

 

It does not even have to devolve to the point where we call names like homers or haters. (It would be pretty easy to let our anger run wild right now.)

What matters is that the season is over..
There is more than one reason and more than one person to blame.

Bad call, unlucky bounce, untimely injury. etc...

The end result is this team has squandered opportunities and it is time to look forward to next season.

 

I hope you‘re wrong and me being 45 years old, I still have some hope that the Dolphins eventually win a Super Bowl in my lifetime.

 

Seriously, is your keyboard broken or do you intentionally write this way? Are you a stroke victim? If so, I understand. I just don’t get why you either put too many periods, not enough, put too many spaces between characters or not enough.
Basically, reading your posts gives me cancer.

Oh BS. I guess “homers” isn’t name calling to you? And the only people that disappear after a game are you guys when the Dolphins win. The moment they lose, the rats are back to chattering.

The only differences between you and your ilk and the rest of us is you guys are subjective and pessimistic. The smart people here are objective and optimistic about the team they love. Oh, and you guys whine about words on a screen.

 

I can't see how this team will beat anyone( including the Jets) whilst the HC is still in place. The Bills will have a field day next Sunday.

 

I‘m always here win or lose, you’re addressing the wrong person and calling one side smart and objective and the other one subjective and pessimistic just shows how you look at the world, not much grey there and lots of black and white. Attack the content not the poster while not ridiculing them would be a start, if you wanna have conversation with people, doesn’t seem that is what you want lots of times…

 

What do you think McD is doing wrong that has led this team to a 2-5 record?

I think it's easy to just blame the HC. No HC is perfect, and McD has his flaws like they all do, but what specifically do you think he's doing wrong?

 

I attack the content all the time. And I don't think I've ever called you a troll or questioned whether or not you're a fan. Do you troll at times, sure. If you're being objective, you'd admit that there are a handful of posters here that never appear when the Dolphins are playing well, and 99.9% of their posts are negative no matter what.

Look at last season, these guys were rarely here until the end of the season and after the team was decimated by injuries and started to lose. They claim it's because they aren't "homers", but being happy about winning and being optimistic isn't being a homer. That's their excuse because they know they're not Dolphins fans and are only here to rile up the Dolphins fans. These types are on every team forum. And they are here.

I don't agree with you on everything, but until you started whining about my posts I never had an issue with you. Here's a great example. I get along great with DJ and he and I disagree on multiple things. However, his rationale and thoughtfulness, along with his ability to be objective and reasonable, make him credible. Again, I don't agree with everything he writes, but I understand his positions because he makes a great case as to why he feels that way. And he's here whether they win or lose. If I wanted to read about how bad the Dolphins are I'd join a Bills forum. Everyone here, from cbrad, to Fintatik, to me, to DJ have posted things we don't like about this team, things we think that can be better, or talked about certain players or coaches or GM's that need to go. It's not the only thing we post, however. It's not the only thing you post, either.

OTOH, we have guys like Stale, Hitman, Etrius, Sceeto, and Born in '72, etc. that just come in and post nothing but negative and BS in nearly every post. Even you are fairly objective at times and the only issues we've had has been about you're perception that I'm being unreasonable with these people. That may be true, but they deserve nothing but ridicule. They aren't respectful nor are they fans of the Dolphins. It's readily apparent.

 

Do I troll sometimes, sure, but mostly only as a reaction to trolling or ridiculing. When it comes to the posters you mentioned, sure they post mostly negative stuff but not always and you and some others attack them and ridicule them even when it‘s not. I can understand when people only come here to complain, it’s not like the Dolphins did anything in the last 20 years or more…
