Flores has players believing... Seeing the way they played their guts out at the end of the season proves that. Bringing in Van Noy is bringing in a winner who has rings on his fingers... He is young enough that the rookies will listen and see the bling on his fingers... When he says he believes Flores They will listen... The rings on his fingers are proof that the system works. Guys like Taco, Needham, Cranberry man, Rowe also believe... Flores turned their careers around. Flores found ways to bring out the best in them and make them more productive football players. Suddenly we have a team of hard-nosed players with no drama... We have a team of guys getting coached up and living up to their potential. I am extremely excited to see Lawson under Flores where he can get to work with the coach he had at Clemson. This defense is going to be fun to watch. If the Dolphins land someone like Delpit in the draft. ( Or McKinney if they get Lucky.. or Ashtyn Davis ) The secondary is going to be the best in football.
