No Bess! I don't mind Bess but I always thought he shouldn't be put on punt returns. Leave all returns to Ginn,that's where he seems to do well.

I think he did and that would explain the inadvertant whistle. Brandon27, I think I found your answer to the whistle being ignored on the field. Nobody had taken possession of the ball. Who would the ball be awarded?
