We need to raise the tempo of the offense. We do a disservice to our team huddling and letting the titans defense reset all the time. Raise the tempo, shorten the playbook

Of course campbell is ready now. he's been there 3 years and has a competent GM. McDaniel's been here 2 and has a clown show for a GM.

You could easily argue many said Campbell wasn't ready year 1 in detroit as well. There's no real logic here. you're comparing apples and oranges and grasping at straws.

Campbell got a lackluster Dolphins team to play hard for him as interim coach, and he wasn't even given a chance the next year despite performing fairly well after being thrust into a less then opportune situation. We'll never know how well he would have done if he had been given the chance.
