Well i lost my week 1 game... i went up against Marion Barber and Michael Turner (who with my leagues scoring system had 44 pts!) my team did ok, Gore had a big game, but the rest of my guys did just average... CJ, Edge, Chambers, Bowe each got me 10 pts which is good but nothing spectacular... Roethisberger barely had to pass with their big lead most of the game so he only did average as well... the Seattle Defense really screwed me though with how they **** the bed... ugh, losing week 1 is always the worst isn't it? how'd you guys do?
I won this week, unless AP and the Vikings D blow up. I have 40 pt lead going into tonight and in a typical good game those two should score about 17 pts. I also should have the high score for the week. The ironic part is that I asked for advice on which RBs to start and the one guy I viewed as a lock, Steven Jackson was my worst scoring starter this week. At least I didn't start Mcgahee or RW. But I had Mcnabb who offset my opponent's high scorer Turner. Also Forte and the Bears D did well for me. So other than Jackson all my other players scored respectably. In fact they each had one TD. I feel ok going forward although the Brady injury will hurt me b/c I have Moss.
Looks like I won in both of my leagues (sorry Col Dolfan) All of my guys did pretty well. I have Derek Anderson as QB in one league but luckily the rest of my roster picked up the slack.
In my two money leagues my TE only got 1 point...stupid cooley and dallas clark. and for both teams i have Colston and Holt. I don't even remember seeing holt on the field. Oh and on one team i have addia. So im going to lose in both leagues this week.

I think I somehow managed to pull out a win in a horrible week for my team. I'm up 19 points going into ton. My opponent has Rodgers or Russel to play and I have McFadden. As long as he doesn't fumble all over the place, I should win.
I won 156-80 in the one league I'm real serious about (big $$$). I'm sure to lose in the league I joined from here, Desides' league. I'm up 11, but have to face AP tonight.
I'm in an IDP league that awards PPR. Good week for me, played my brother in law (very tough opponent) and had to wait to see if manning pulled it out for him. Luckily he got held at Bay and I won by 11 points. I had Roth, Colson (bleh), Roy Williams, LT (meh), Lynch (woohoo), Vernon Davis (bah), Reggie Bush (damn straight), Elam, Demaco Ryans, and James Harrison...Ryans and Harrison really helped. Almoxg 30 points between the 2.
9 of 12. Not too bad and 2 of the current losses are still contestable as are 3 of the wins. Biggest margin is 125 to 38 (Tom Brady's loss, Heap's -2, and the Rams/Bengals duds really killed that guy).
I'm winning 114-76 against Phunwin in one league and I will probably win it barring a crazy *** day by Bernard Berrian. As for the other games, I got my behind kicked by an average of 37.6 points lol.
I pulled off a good set of moves on one league last night. My starting WRs were Wayne, Welker, and A. Johnson. And my defense was Tampa. TRADE: Wayne and Tampa for Driver and Chicago ADD: Eddie Royal ADD: A. Fasano I really HATED giving up Wayne, but I initially offered Welker. But when I saw his counter, and saw Royal on the FA market. I was willing to downgrade Wayne to Driver, and pick up Royal. So I was able to beef up my defense, without too costly of a sacrifice. Also have trades pending: Palmer for Cutler, and SJax for Turner.
Nuff said man. I'll avoid the serious temptation to crack an AL joke. (I think Ive cracked enough OSU jokes as it is)
