I'm not moving from my couch all morning noon and evening, my iPad, my homeslices, and my team looking bad *** in the best uniform innfootball..no joke..that uniform and colors is gonna look fantastical at nite, tellin ya, it's gonna look so good, Ozzy and Mr C are gonna be like, " damn, I gotta admit, that sh&$ looks bad ***"
Backups or not, I'm still pumped for this game. I hope we get a couple drives with Tanny and the first team offense.
It's funny, I could really care less about the starters and look forward to the 2nd and 3rd stringers, that's why for me football season starts on the first day of camp...my fix is good.. I'm gonna go to the store on Sunday, get me a 12 pack of some brewskis and get hammered..
I dont see him getting anymore than that. Romos not playing. I don't see why tanny would play much either.
Tanny could use the time to develop chemistry with his offense. I hope we see the 1st team play at least 1/2 the game
He didn't practice today or play in the scrimmage on Monday. There were reports that trainers were looking at his "lower extremities". But there has been no official announcement.
With Binns going down and mathews likely to miss all of preseason, im sure hartline and wallace's "injuries" are more out of fear of losing one of the top three guys before the season starts. If we lose wallace for any amount of time, we're right back where we were a year ago, and Hartline is just too important to our overall offensive plans to risk. Im not surprised we're overprotective with them. long story short, if it were week 1, hartline and wallace would play, but since its only preseason, i doubt it.
Is the first preseason game this Sunday?!? I will be starting my truck driving career this Sunday. I will be counting on you guys to give me play by play commentary lol
