Having spent the last 20 minutes searching these forums for the code, and finding only this one, how does one embed youtube videos?

http://www.youtube.com/v/with ofcourse a video that hasn't disallowed embedding

Simply copy/paste the URL of the video.

The site will automatically convert it to video. :)

So if I want to put a youtube video just paste the URL and hit the submit button and it will be embedded into the post?

Because when I hit the preview post button it just shows the link, not the video itself

It's not always going to show up in the preview. Just paste the URL below like this...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SHZnBikgT18

...and it'll show up when you submit. :)

Not sure if this last update, is now outdated, but the image that once identified the specific "button" to use, is no longer appearing.
