Daily deals last for 48 hours—24 hours as a featured deal, then another 24 hours as a "in case you missed it" type offer. The problem is that only the base Skyrim game is on sale for $5; it doesn't include DLC. What you want is Skyrim Legendary Edition, which is on sale for $13.50 right now—which I didn't realize at the time I wrote my post. $13.50 for Skyrim and all the DLC is a great deal, so get that.

Community Choice games are discounted more than normal so it's worth getting them at that time. But remember that everything is on sale, it's just a matter of waiting to see if a bigger discount will apply via flash sale, Community Choice, daily deal, etc. Example: Final Fantasy VII is on sale right now for 40% off, but I'm going to wait and see if it becomes a CC or a flash sale. If it doesn't, I'll just get it for 40% off on the last day of the sale.

Anyone else have the Skyrim legendary edition? Bought it (finally) and it just shows up as the regular Skyrim in my library - not sure all of the DLC is included in this or not. Very odd.
Right click on the game in your Steam list, select Properties. Go to the DLC tab. You should see all the DLC there (after downloading/installing the game.) Actually seems to bring the game to life - I saw there is also a Hi-Res download on steam as well, but I feel like this mod is a must just for the aesthetics. Not going to install any of the super ridiculous ones yet lol... hoping this causes me to finish Fallout New Vegas as well.

This is a great deal for consoles if you have been on the fence at all. Someone posted an advanced ad (8/10 - 8/16) for Best Buy on Operation Sports. They are giving $25 towards Trade in for xbox one/PS4 Madden 25 and $15 for PS3/Xbox360.
