I think he'd end up paying this anyway, because she'd divorce him whether he killed them or just slept with them. Why does she get called her a gold digger though? Is there any evidence whatsoever that she got involved with him for the money? It was Payne Stewart that introduced them. She didn't pursue him. And it wasn't like he just had an affair. He was screwing around during their entire relationship, from courtship to engagement and throughout the marriage. With waitresses to porn stars to reality TV whores. And the fallout has been kinda publicized. Imagine the level of humiliation that's been brought on her. And here's something nobody's talking about: He's exposed her to countless STD's. The guy didn't wrap up for a lot of these chicks. He could have gotten something. Maybe he did. And maybe SHE did as a result. I'm not saying I agree with the $750 million figure. But I understand why she'd go after it. This woman has been badly scorned. And if he gave her an STD.......she deserves all the money she got.

I'm not justifying anything Tiger has done he deserves to get slammed in a divorce. Apparently the 750mil figure isn't correct thats basically what I had an issue with, not that he has to pay a fortune or that he was right to do any of the things he did just that 750mil is nuts. I mean people don't get that much in wrongful death suits or damages for a company killing a loved one.

100 mil is fair, especially with the perpetual silence thing. but he's the greatest athlete to swing that club, it was his empire long before they got married...he deserves to pay a boatload just for not protecting himself with stronger legal council. he deserves to pay too, for risking std's and her well being. then again, she almost committed vehicular homicide and assault, and that got dropped, so she acted improperly too. i doubt tiger became a pervert in the last 3 years. he shouldve known better. and im sure elin knew this day could come too, when he was trying to give her the shocker on their second date. but it was tiger swinging that club and smiling for buick, gilette, nike...and on and on. its his legacy, his earnings...and it should remain with him, and be left to his kids when he passes. who knows what elin would do with it. probably waste it all on vijay singh. this seems like a fair settlement.
I suspect she will go home to Europe and live a quiet life as a successful divorcee'.
