that's a rediculous statement... he hasn't even been questioned let alone charged... get your facts straight.
Like I said, u always know when ppl feel u lost a trade when some seriously ridiculous offers come in. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
as I have stated previously, any potential legal action won't have a result until well after the GM league has ended. It is worth noting that there was a huge fight prior to the two men being shot. I've been told that Brandon was trying to break up the fight when the alleged shooting occurred. All the facts will eventually come out. Again, most likely after the end of this GML season.
Look at Vince Wilfork... Nobody made a decent offer... I keep him, gladly... I'll do the same with BM.
Meh. Im done trading. Get the draft over with soon so we can wrap this up. Im happy with what ive done. Added some weapons on o for Brady to play with. Shored up the o line by retaining Mankins and adding Bushrod. Added some pieces to the defense. Added some playmakers there and some physicality. Going into the draft wide open. BPA. got some great talent at safety. Very deep. And ill keep what we have bcause i like what i see.
Yea u have done a fine job, were likely on favored over you guys by like 6....and that in itself is impressive. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
I really disagree. The DL and WR talent is loaded. The RB spot is littered with talent, and there's enough QB talent to see ~6 guys go in the 1st two rounds (not that I would take that many that high). ILB and S is weak (as in not top heavy), but overall very, very good talent at all positions IMO. Last year had great talent too, maybe better/more talent, but this draft is no way the worst in several years.
I’m with the majority, pretty puzzled by the description of this draft as bad. In some respects it’s the deepest in years.
Im not going to give the reasons why i think its a poor draft. I have my sources and i trust those sources. Suffice to say im ecstatic with the players i obtained with those first round picks. Fitzgerald and Jennings would go 1 and 2 if they were in this draft.
No shnit dude, Wtf is the deal....I have an Evo and its like a son to me, but this feature sucks. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
As an illustration of my prev claim. How about that safety position? although if u count Peterson and Nakacamakuracock as safeties perhaps its not so bad.
Yeah its not a great class at that position. Can't have a great one at all of them. I would bet that some of the guys become solid starters though, despite them being picked in mid rounds. Also, you need a safety, don't you?
Me? Naa im deep. Four deep. Byrd and Chung are back for some Quack Attack. Eric Smith and BM to rotate in.
What you think of those four as cover safeties? Honest question. We know they can play downhill but in reverse?
Yes, but you have to admidt that was a helluva route, ecspecially for a guy who flew so far under the radar coming out of Kentucky. Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
I think Byrd and Chung are learning the position, they are young, they have a ways to go, but the upside is there. I prefer to think of Byrd as the 2009 version opposed to the 2010 version. The one that picked of 9 passes and had an opposing QBR of 37.5. Was the variance between last year and 2009 due to the change in defensive philosophy? I think he is the key to the safety group. I like Eric Smith a lot in that nickel role. He's a sure tackler and he always seems to be close to the ball. I'd be interested to see what Bill could do with these guys. He's a master of disguising coverages, maximizing the talent of the players in his secondary. I'm happy with Arrington as my slot/nickel guy, with Finnegan and McCourty as the starters. Edit... Alen do you think the 3 cone drill is an indicator of how a defensive back can cut and turn?
I'd doubt they'd ever get matched up one on one, but you never know. Who is going to cover Fitz and Jenn? VD and SS are all but a memory....
I've got roughly 20 draft picks, I'm winning the National Championship... hopefully I can hit on a few of my picks.
We are Phins fans and we like them alot, they can cover well and I think Vontae will make the pro bowl in a year or two. But...in my defense your CBs are put in great situations to be playmakers, not cover guys if that makes sense. You think the Giants gave Miss Brady fits??? Just wait till our front seven come gashing through the gaps. Also if u don't foresee any one on ones with the S, then I assume your gonna play man....Danny Amendola says thanks. I understand that, but if you doubt any of my Wrs are " ever" one on one with a S, your going to be in some very vulnerable coverages. Ecspecially with McCoy and Amendola demanding extra attention. Ofcourse you could just always blitz my garbage LT and sack me anyways.... Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk
