I have never seen a short punch like Brocks Knock a guy out like that (while on the ground from the side, coming from underneath)...Mir is one tough dude to take that beating....but those short punches were rough. Brock is roid rage with his attitude.....wow. (Just not a fan of that trash talk following a fight)

It's really too bad GSP had a golf ball in his elbow, and then pulled a groin in the 3rd. Just totally outclassed Alves. I don't think he wants to go to 185. At least not yet. He makes the point that he'd be at a disadvantage against most guys there, as he walks around at 185. Brock is exactly what the UFC needs. He's the menacing giant and he plays the villain. The fans ask for it, and he gives it to them. It sells tickets. And every fight is David vs. Goliath. Gotta love the "I may even get on top of my wife tonight" line. His game may be simplistic, but his freakish size, strength and athleticism appear to be too much for anyone to handle. And holy **** what a knockout for Henderson!
the place i watched the fight was as crowded as i have ever seen it. there had to be 400 people there to watch that fight. i can do without the WWE interviews, but you're right, he draws people to the sport.
