The other day I finally got a chance to watch some of the most recently released trailers, including for Iron Man 2 and the Losers. But the trailer that got me the most excited was the one for Tron Legacy, of all things. http://trailers.apple.com/trailers/disney/tronlegacy/ I love the original movie for a number of different reasons, and while I'm not a big fan of "aged sequels" (I thought both the latest Die Hard and Indiana Jones were well past their shelf life), this is one that seems like it may just work. I think the movie looks incredible, and I'm very excited to get the chance to see this in IMAX 3D. The only drawback is the movie is so far away - December feels like forever.
I liked the original. Few people could have known back then how important that movie was in terms of advancing the state of the art of CGI.
