    The podcast is a good listen and gives a thorough rationale.

    If this has any predictive ability with regard to the regular season, we could be seeing an entirely different team this year. You plug five high-impact players into the defense and get some improvement from the offense, this team might have another four wins in it and a possible playoff berth at 9-7. I wouldn't put any money on that personally, but if that kind of improvement is achieved I wouldn't be surprised either.

    With the expanded playoff slots, a 9-7 record has decent odds of getting there. It's going to be a strange season anyway, so why not a winning season for Miami?
