I used to get that from a lot of my friends, they always want to bring a paddle to the concerts But yeah, it stands for "...of a revolution", which is a phrase from a part of a short story that the lead singer wrote in high school. Most people only know their singles, "Shattered" or "Love and Memories", which are pretty poppy, but those don't really represent what the band is very well.
