    Nice list Ck.

#28: Personally, I would've traded a 3rd or 4th to move up five spots and grab Dez.
#40 I still would've taken Gronkowski. IMO Gronk will have a bigger impact at TE than Misi will at OLB which is why I give him the nod. I would've prioritized giving Henne a full arsenal to work with before focusing on defense.

If you put the TDs more "on the offense" than the player, then I'm sorry, but it doesn't seem as though you've ever watched Dez play. That's about as disrespectful to Dez as saying that Barry Sanders yards were more from his Oline. I guess his 2 punt returns for TD were due to special teams and not talent either.

No offense but I can't believe you're using stats to rationalize that Dez wouldn't be an upgrade over Hartline. He's already showing to be a man among boys out there despite all the talent surrounding him that he has to compete with. If you put Hartline in that offense, he'd be lucky to even see the field!

Dez is putting up these kinds of numbers despite competing for catches with: Jason Witten (60), Miles Austin (52), Felix Jones (37), Roy Williams (32), and Martellus Bennett (20).... for players with at least 20 catches.

ALL Hartline has to share catches with are Marshall (58), Bess (49), Fasano (26), and Ronnie (21).

    You're also ignoring that:

    1. TD's ARE a HUGE statistical aspect. Our offense and return game have 14 TDs combined. Dez has 8. Sure, he wouldn't make a difference here. :shifty:
    2. Dez has more yards, YAC, 1st downs, and almost 3 times as many TDs in 11 games than Hart did his entire rookie season (when there was no Brandon Marshall to compete for catches with).
    3. Dez is a rookie who came out as a true Junior and hadn't played football in almost a year; Hartline is a 2nd year player who came out as a redshirt junior (and is 2 years older). Dez is getting by on pure talent right now. Wait till he actually learns the system and better understands defenses and coverage etc.
    4. Dez has only started 2 games this year.

-If you swap Witten for Fasano and Felix for Ronnie, you better believe that Dez would be putting up more yards than Hartline in Miami.

At the end of the day, all that matter is the score on the board. Those 7 extra TDs that Dez has scored over Hartline could mean the difference for beating Pitt rather than settling for 5 FGs ..... or beating the Jets rather than 3 freakin FGs ..... or not fumbling in the Pitt game..... or given us a big return in 1 of our losses that might have sparked a victory instead.
