http://sports.espn.go.com/boston/nfl/news/story?id=4731409&campaign=rss&source=NFLHeadlines Since its close playoffs and we need the Patriots to lose to help us win the division, here is something to talk about.
Randy Moss being Randy Moss playing half-assed football would make for a good (and honest) excuse too.
I don;t wish serious harm on anyone, but getting more and more banged up will make Tom less likely to be as effective as usual. That's a good thing for this team. Still, it's on us to win out all our games, and that's about all we should be worrying about.
Moss just seems bored to me. As for Brady, when the AFCE Blogger runs a story that Brady's wife was pregnant as an excuse for his play (which statistically has actually been good) you know they are swimming in the Patriots koolaid.
Imagine what it'll say now that the baby is here. His mind will be at home with the baby and he can't concentrate on the field. Poor, poor brady. NOT
I can't say that I buy the baby excuse either. As ANY source for lack of focus on the football field (period) may guarantee an L. But if he does put up stinkers in the coming weeks, I wouldn't be shocked if ESPN or the Boston media pulled the baby out of their sleeve.
I was talking about the press making excuses for him if he plays bad. they always do and he eats it up.
