I care more about Harvin, he is more exciting to watch. Better pro potential too.

Alen, setting aside we don't play them, Tebow would not be the difference maker. Our squad with the Shannon factor would be hard pressed to make a first down the way he prepares.

Lol, true Marty. I personally think he's great for college football. I really do think that. I just get tired of the praising he gets. A bit annoying but he's a fabulous college player for sure. Good luck to the Gators next year with him, they'll be going places, whether that's the championship game again. I don't know but its a strong possibility.

You know, it would be hard to find a more humble famous guy Alen.. I don't think he seeks the fame, he seeks the win, the fame comes with victory..

I completely agree. That's what I like about him. He doesn't seek the attention, he just gets it. I guess I can fault the media for that and not him.

It will be interesting to see the next set of stars there.. so much talent, like USC, the stars backup can be better than the star once they get on the field.

Seems like this was the obvious choice for him. Kind of wish he'd gone pro so I could bash him for being a fool :shifty:

Now I have to decide if I want to see him make history by winning another Heisman and/or another title...

As for Harvin I'm not sure what he should do. His injury issues would worry me if I were an NFL team. The guy seems to be made of glass.

I am surprised that Spikes and Harvin are coming back. Quite honestly, both would probably be first rounders, especially Spikes.

As a Gators fan though, I am thrilled. :hi5:

Never had any doubts he wouldn't be back. Next season should be another great one.

Right next to the worthless post button, I see you found that one. :shifty:

    Who's forcing you too watch?

So Archie Griffin had 3 rings to go along with those 2 Heismans?

Not saying it will happen, but its very possible.

    Sure there is.......

1st ever undefeated season in Florida history, which was their goal this past season.

2nd Player to win 2 Heismans.

3 SEC and/or National Championships in 4 years.

He has the potential to be known as one of the, if not the, best players in College Football history. Some sports writers are saying that already.

Well, if you're going to talk about making/"matching" history you might as well include the whole resume. Just my 2 cents.

I was just correcting the one part for one thing. I wasn't talking at all about how he would be viewed in terms of history.

Neither are part of his resume.

    I didn't say they were.......yet.

2 National Championships and 1 Heisman in 3 years isn't half bad as it stands.

Well with this news unless you're a UF fan I recommend you not watch College ball next yr if you are hoping your team will win the BSC. Cuz....it aint gonna happen. Sigh....FSU will never be good ever again....:pity:

You cannot fault Tebow for the media who is all over him..he just plays football.

So I wouldnt watch any UF games this year unless you dont mind the idiot announcers screaming "Bronco Narguski" with every yard he gains.
