"It would be one thing if these Dolphins were, say, the undefeated 1972 Dolphins. Losing to them, like this, might be understandable.

But these Dolphins? Well, they clearly are better than last year's 1-15 shambles. A Bill Parcells housecleaning has ensured that.

Miami isn't this good, though. Can't be."

Another San Diegoian (is that a word ?) blaming the entire loss on the Bolts and giving the Fins no responsibility towards the outcome at all... Reading the comments from the Bolts fans, they don't seem to think getting outplayed is any reason at all for the defeat...too bad...

Me and FFIC are San Diegans, but technically FFIC is a Oceansidian (not be confused with Ballchinian from men in black :D)

We used to hear that when our D from JJ's tenure first started being formidable. All the turnovers and sacks amassed, along with the disruption of the opponents' entire offenses were the result of their teams' playing flat, not anything the Phins did. I'd respond, "sn't that remarkable? Rob Johnson had a flat game against us last week, and Bledsoe the week before that, how odd".

i love it. Matt Roth is finally playing like he did at Iowa. He was an absolute monster in the BIG10. Welcome to the NFL Matt, took you awhile, but you've arrived.

Nobody respected the Patriots until they went 14-2 and won the Super Bowl in 2004. They got dissed and called lucky during that entire season.
