Knicks beat Dallas (and KP) despite not being able to guard Doncic or KP all game. Doncic went off for a career high 36 and a triple double but Frank Ntilikina is finally emerging as the defensive stud some of us always knew he was and his offense showed signs of catching up :tt1:

RJ had his worst game as a pro as he wasn’t getting calls and Dallas did a good job defensively vs him. He’s got to improve his FT’s. Marcus Morris, Julius Randle and Taj Gibson all played a big role in the win though Randle has this ridiculous spin move that he is way too mechanical and slow to pull off and is a turnover every time. Fizdale should have him run suicides every time he does it.

No sir, not me. That’s asking for anxiety. But I do bring a **** load back from Cali all the time and enjoy them once I’m on the ground.

Dion didn’t know just how much edibles can wreck you.

Not that strange. They both suck balls.

Bringing me back to 2011, where I’m ignoring lectures and reading draft analysis and watching Andrew Luck tape in class, before tony fist pump sparano ****ed everything up for us.

Tua is going to hate Ohio.

I get the feeling we will be seeing Fizdale on the Heat staff very soon.

Please take this rat faced **** Steve Mills with him. Not sure I can think of another team president that got to name 5 head coaches with 0 rings and a winning percentage around 33%. And if you want you can Dolan free of charge.

Well im not sure there will be much motivation for him to be an assistant coach for us especially since you guys are about to pay him a lot of money to stay home.

But if he ever wants to come back in an assistant role Im sure Spo will create room for him. The players love Fizdale, and he definitely can coach..

the Knicks are built just like the Jets... They spent a lot of money in the offseason on players based on statistics, not based on fit, chemistry or any sort of vision. You cant moneyball football or basketball...

I disagree on the last sentence to a certain extent but the rest is spot on and the blame should be squarely put on upper management not on Fizdale. Fizdale hasn’t enamored me enough to say he is the answer, he’s missed some obvious moves as far as subs, schemes and switches in my opinion. But he was also handed the worst roster in the league last year and one that is only marginally better this year. Making him the fall guy instead of letting him see it through a la the 76ers with Brett Brown just reeks of him being the fall guy and classic Knicks stupidity. He should have more time and get him an actual team and let’s see what he’s got.

Also if Mills and Dolan actually believe this is a playoff team they should be checked in to an institution. The start to the year was always going to be tough for the first 30 games.

Injured. And if Fizdale has his way it looks like he will be backing up Frankie. Payton looked good the first game or two...can certainly play defense as he always could. Offense is still inconsistent.

    YEAHHHHH!!!!!

This was the game I've been waiting on. Kawhi was trying hard as hell. That man played damn near 40 minutes in regulation...lol. You can't guard Harden. Dropped 47 points on that man head and walked away the the W. We didn't have didn't have Eric Gordon or Danuel House....they didn't have Paul George. Westbrook stunk it up. It was even. This was all about Harden vs Kawhi. Kawhi doesn't want these problems.

    Where LeBron at?

You would need 10 Eric Gordon’s never mind whoever the hell danuel house is to replace Paul George. But a win against Kawhi is a good win.

Danuel House is our starting SF. He is our best 3 point shooter and 2nd best defender. Besides Capela, he is the only guy in our 8 man rotation taller than 6'6", lol.

Missing House + Gordon means we have to replace 59 minutes per game and 23 points per game with a combination of Ben McLemore (vet minimum) and Thabo Sefolosha (vet minimum). That is impossible...which is why Harden had to go off last night.

I would definitely say that us missing that much production is pretty close to them missing Paul George.

    It wouldn't have matter...

Harden was killing him on defense...holding Kawhi to 1-7 shooting when guarding him.

    And
He was killing him on offense.

For a guy who always cries about load management, you'd think Kawhi would have enough energy to outplay Harden...since Harden doesn't know what load management is. I'm just saying.

Over 13% of the season in the bag and Miami is 2nd in the East with the 3rd best record in the league.

On our way to 60 wins and Free Agents taking notice, boys.

Im still setting my bar low at 47 wins.. which is still a great season considering the talent we have..’it’s a testament to our scouting and Spoelstra. If we reach 55 wins I think Spoelstra will have his second COY locked.

If we win 55 games I will legitimately believe we have a chance, even if it's not huge, to win a title.

    Westbrook (starter) out.
    Capela (starter) out.
    House (starter) out.
    Gordon (6th man) out.

Did James Harden (49 pts) just walk into Minnesota and blowout the Timberwolves with our vet minimum guys and G-League squad? Lmao.

KAT should be embarrassed. Shout out to Chris Clemons (19 pts) & Isaiah Hartenstein (16 rebs). Our young guys were putting in work. Dantoni better start playing these dudes.

I watched Portland for the first time last night when they played the Pelicans. Whiteside sucks. Glad the dude got paid. Happy for the Heat that its not them writing the checks. Also, Melo looked terrible. I'm sure ESPN put his highlights all over the place, but he was BAD.

I did that on purpose. I explained it in the OP.

To be fair I'm pretty sure Melo just showed up and tried to play an NBA game after not playing in forever with guys he hasn't really played with.

Not sure if hes played the second game yet but I'm sure he will improve with some chemistry and just getting his feel back overall.
