There is an audio recording at Aquavision but here is basically a transcript which includes the following.

My interpretation is that we wont be drafting players just because of their potential Wildcat prowess .

Its not a very revealing interview .He gives very little away and the replies are very much generic in nature .

That's another reason to love these guys. They really know how to play the game and keep 'em guessing. They know not to show your hand regarding the draft. ;)

It would be dumb to draft someone JUST for the sake of running the WC. That would take touches away from Ronnie and Ricky and that just wouldn't make any sense to do when they are more than capable of getting it done and we can use our picks on REAL needs for this team.

Playing it close to the vest - the way it should be.

Yeah, it never made sense to me. We run the Wildcat what, 6 times a game? I would be furious if we drafted someone for that little use.

Teams draft kickers and punters even though they're be on the field for far lower percentage of plays than a Wildcat specialist.

You'd also have to be some sort of footballing freak to be a good NFL fit in the wildcat and not have value, even as a back up, in other parts of the regular offense.
