I could win the lottery right now and I'd still be pissed. Think I'm still taking out some of my Dolphins anger towards the U. If I find a way to include my Heat happiness in there somewhere I'll be OK. Maybe.
Florida losing honestly makes me feel a bit better. I hate them that much. On the flip side I'm probably the only die hard Canes fan that doesn't really hate FSU.
I'm glad you say that. Cuz I only hate the U one week a year. I root for them outside that week. Go ACC!! (ACC suxs)
This is pretty much a lost cause for the Canes now. Best they can hope for is garbage time points to cushion their fall in the AP Poll.
And the sad thing is.... the lower we fall the better we'll play next week. The more recognition this team gets the more they fail to even show up.
THAT is the Miami Football Way, for both the Canes and Phins, big game, large crowd..choke..big game smallish crowd, play off the chain.
Pretty much. This whole “keep your nose clean and just play within the system” coaching sounds nice on paper, but it means a team will never exceed itself.
Same story for the phins, watch, they will win in Green Bay, come back to a big yawn in Miami, then win a couple more, big crowd shows up and chookke to the Lions.
They won’t choke against the Lions. The Fins are pretty good against NFC North teams. I actually expect to sweep the NFC North this year.
I've always rooted for UM, just gives me a better reason repping the ACC now. That TD pretty much seals. Great win for FSU. Unexpected. I'm interested to see if that OU game FSU team shows back up. I really think that was an not the real FSU team. We may be in for a big season. Or maybe a big let down. Either way I haven't been this excited about the noles in years, and its nice to finally go into the UF game knowing we can win for the first time in years
Every coach believes in “fail forward fast” whether they admit it or not. That’s what training camp is for. That’s one thing I can’t hold against Cameron. At least no one talks about Ted Ginn’s family anymore, at least.
I agree, though I'm pretty sure the Dolphins will lose one way or another in Green Bay, get completely dominated at home (again) by Pittsburgh, and will have a chance to win an ugly game up in Cincinnati. 8-8 is our ceiling, and Mr. Ross is fine with that as long as J-Lo, Gloria Estefan, that gay guy (I think he's a Spanish singer or some **** like that), LeBron/Wade/Bosh, etc. keep coming to the games and enjoying the Orange Carpet. That's all he cares about. God I love Micky Arison.
We have the Vikes in hand, and the Bears at home on a Thursday Night which magnifies home field advantage for the short week. Lions matchup really well with us Des, so do the Packers.
This team has no pride, and obviously they don't respect their head coach to give that up.... no effort. They completely shut it out. I interpret that as "**** YOU RANDY!"
