It's a tie. 4 votes SICK, 4 votes Skeet84.

This is what happened. I received messages from about half your team asking me to change their votes. For now on nobody can change their votes. Once it's in it's in. When I told one person he could change his vote everyone wanted to. What happened is someone who asked me to change their vote didn't which added another vote for Skeet (my mistake but it was still confusing). The actual vote is tied and there is a re-vote between SICK and Skeet84. Skeet84 and SICK are not allowed to vote and the only people you can vote for is SICK and Skeet84. I'm sorry for the mistake but I believe not allowing vote changes in the future will prevent something like this from happening again. I will admit a mistake and make something right before I just leave an error on the board.

Well holy ****. Looks like Skeet gets a temporary reprieve with a last minute call from the Governor.

someone besides me changed their vote, but it wasnt counted even though jordan said it would be allowed. no biggie. the re-vote works.

That's exactly what I did. I only counted first votes. I made a mistake but I think using the first votes was the best solution I could come up with that was fair.

Yeah it was an honest mistake, and now that there will officially be no vote changes no matter what time is involved will keep this from ever happening again.

Doesn't tie go to the cheater who doesn't deserve to be in the game anyway? Seriously, without a person who's sole goal is to cheat his way through every challenge this game would be so much better.

Cheating means you lose the challenge. It's up to the tribe who gets voted out.

The rest of the team did not cheat and I'd like to think this scare would prevent him from doing it again. Remember there's a merge not too far away and if they really think he's going to cheat then there's no way they could trust him. I will do my best to watch for any cheating for now on as well.

honestly i didnt want to say anything because i want to repsect jordans decisions, but i didnt think it was really cheating. it wasnt said in the rules that we had to use just our brains to solve these. it just said to solve them.

So it was luck, cheating (even though jorden had to approve the picture) and now a loophole. Seems like you guys are gonna need to focus on how you're going to explain away next weeks loss without taking responsibility for it.

Like I said before I didn't think it was cheating either. It happened last year and no one said anything and I read the rules and it said nothing about it. I worked really hard on this challenge. Mazes and anagrams.

So then I guess Jorden needs to start posting 20 pages of rules for every challenge since you guys can't seem to use common sense to determine what's cheating and what's not.

I never said that. I said it happened last year and jorden didn't Dq them so I thought it was ok and there were no rules stating it wasn't. Now we all know. We can move on

what i mean is that youre team is getting awarded wins without actually having to do any quality work. Battleship is luck. Thats not a diversion. Posting ridiculously inaccurate pictures is BS, and I was pissed that they were allowed. And now you win because of something that had nothing to do with your team. Like I said, you need to figure out how you're going to win the next one because its not going to be by skill.
