Big picture all are well under 30, and every unit is not as productive in terms of scoring, usually that means your Qb play has dropped off when all 3 units just are not as productive as they had been.
I don't think it has a lot to do with anything other than offensive changes. Fasano has taken a hit because he's become a safety valve. The depth of his routes is way less than it's been in the past. He's essentially Ryan Tannehill's dump-off option. Look at his yards per catch, too. He isn't the greatest of down the field threats, but he's deceptively good and the Dolphins have largely forgone that. I think it's a bit of a mistake, especially in lieu of a better option. I don't think Bush has anything to do with the quarterback. It's the change in blocking scheme, and what kind of player Bush is. He's very good at a narrow range of things, but things need to align for him to be able to perform and I don't think it'll ever be all that consistently, even with what looked like a breakthrough last year. Touchdowns numbers are irrelevant as long as you're scoring them. The Dolphins are performing above average in the red zone, this is the only thing that matters. If that means locking down Ryan Tannehill in a shortened field while he develops, that's fine. I don't give a **** if he gets a record for least TD's. The team is much better in that regard than last year.
Hartline. He had career day that's bulked up his stats. He's decent. Nothing more. I say we go overload on Offense via Draft and FA. If we can't stop opposing teams scoring against us then we need to start scoring to give us a chance in games. We are a tippy tap team at best. We don't dominate on Defense. We are good but we don't dictate or win games on Defense. We need to flip it. Philbin knows about powerhouse and Offense. I say we load up now on Offense. Changing of the guard. We need a new mentality.
From JT, Zach, Surtain, Madison, Bowens, Gardner, Marion, Starks, Wake, Soliai. We can throw in Ricky Williams on Offense. Seriously bad swing towards Defense last 10yrs. Where has it got us? Some classic games and fan favourites regarding what jersey numbers we choose. Days of #85 #83 #13...anybody remember Jim Jensen, Nat Moore, Keith Jackson, Bruce Hardy, OJ, Gasden., Fryar. Even Ron Davenport scored 11TDs in his rookie season and who remembers him? I do because in those days we scored pts. Everyone contributed. It's fine having a good D coach and good front 7. They keep us in games, they don't win them.
Here we go again with the "see i told you moore was a stud" argument. Why dont u compare apples to apples and use all facts not cherry pick the ones that fit your argument? Marshall while a diva and had dropsies scared defenseson the outside. Opening a sect of the field helps everyone. Diff system than last yr moore struggled all preseason, had a good game in relief but its revisionist history to suggest he lead anoffensive juggernaut. Spec teams won that game along w defense. Sure he made playsbut wasnt lighting up the sky. Funy how Moore as a 5 yr vet was 6-6 as starter is championed as the answer yet RT has played 14 games & the haveto be right crowd says throw him out
