Yeah I've got two more exams left. Both on Tuesday. Only reason I'm not turning the TV off is because this is the last game of the season. As much as they are failing to advance ahead of a team that they are better than, this team deserves the fans to stick by them.

15-67 says it all... this is actually a good season. Just a major postseason meltdown. That ****ing Game 4 man. We had this series.

 

still, a cavs series wouldve really crushed my spirit. i know they wouldve crushed us for sure.

 

Good luck. I have 5 in 5 days, should be fun stuff. Even though we only won 15 games a year ago, this team has the *potential* to be very good... next year should be exciting.

 

That's the thing. I know we would have no shot against Cleveland. I think taking them to SIX would have been victory enough for me. Hell, just being able to win a game against them would have made me happy, and I know we'd win Game 3 or 4. I just wanted to get out of the first round. I wanted to beat a team in our category. Cleveland is elite.

 

Wade missed his last EIGHT shots and we're down by 13.

Think about that for a second.

He goes 2/8 and we're down single digits.

 

I expect Wade to have a huge 2nd half. This guy is a warrior, he won't go down without a fight.

 

He's got to have a second half like he did on Friday night.

And Atlanta shot 39% in the first half so there's no reason to believe they'll match a big run by Miami, err, Wade.

 

There's still a half left so let's see what happens. The only way to win this game is to play high percentage basketball and MAKE your shots. No more fast break points, make them play half court offense and we have a good shot. Joe Johnson isn't going to keep hitting contested 30 footers either, you can't blame that on effort.

As for Cleveland, if we don't have a shot let's just not play the series. That's a real losers attitude.

 

i dont know, if we cant handle atlanta, i know cleveland wouldve swept us clean.

 

They are different styles of team. That's like saying if you can't beat the Steelers how can you beat the Patriots. Teams have different ways to play the game, and sometimes you match up well and sometimes you don't.

 

Anything can happen. First we have to crush the Hawks this half before even being concerned about the Cavs.

 

That was supposed to be my other point but I forgot to say that.

The Hawks are just too athletic for us, and we are helping them by playing man defense.
