In the NBA Pantheon, who occupies a higher seat; Dwyane Wade or Isaiah Thomas?

 

everyone knows, Lebron is going to the Knicks and Wade is staying in Miami for the next chapter in the Knicks-Heat rivalry!

 

Girlfriend wants to buy me a Dwade jersey.
I only wear authentic ****...I want it, but idont want her dishing out 200 bucks and watch him walk in two months.

 

So wait for him to resign? And for the record I think Wade is staying there and it'll be Lebron who comes to the Knicks. Thats not my preference as I like Wade more as a player and I think he has slightly less ego but I think it is how things will go down on 7/1/10....the date the Knicks (hopefully) become relevant again!

Wade is not going anywhere, but even if he does... he'll forever be a Heat much like Zach & JT will forever be Dolphins.

 

Believe it or not I am praying for this. I miss Miami being a contender more than anything, but on the secondary... I really miss the Heat-Knicks rivalry.

I want LeBron & Boozer in New York. Wade, Amare, & another player in Miami.

 

Only means you can buy a Bentley on the cheap in about 18 months Sect..

Miami, Charlotte, & Toronto in a three way tie right now for 6, 7, 8.

This should be a fun race.

Heat should win at home tonight against a Rose-less Chicago team. Charlotte and Toronto are off, but Milwaukee (two games ahead of the pack for the 5th seed) faces off against a red hot Jazz team. Could gain some ground on them, while moving .5 games ahead of the others.

This month we play vs. Chi, @ Chi, vs. Char, @ Mil, vs. Tor... Crucial games.

Already down 0-3 to Charlotte and Milwaukee in the season series.

I believe we're split 1-1 with Chicago and up on Toronto 2-1. Gotta win the Toronto series... Chicago, not so much but it would be nice. They're doomed, IMO.

It's tricky because I really want Atlanta in the first round but don't want to touch Boston with a ten foot pool. So if Atlanta holds on to the third seed... GO BUCKS! SWEEP THE HEAT!

 

I haven't heard it but I believe it. Lebron is all about the spotlight, his brand and his ego IMO. I think he's craving the spotlight that only a city like NY could give him.

 

Based on what I've been hearing lately I'd be shocked if Chris Bosh left Toronto. If he leaves, I can see him going to New York if Wade or LeBron don't, or Chicago. I don't think he signs on with Wade or LeBron with all of this talk about "wanting to be the man" and the "franchise player"

Boozer on the other hand is all about himself... whoever offers him the most money is where he'll end up. I can only see him taking a discount (if he leaves Utah, which he will because they've been trying to trade him for the last 2-3 years now) to play for Miami because he's wanted to play here for a while. DO NOT WANT, though. STRONG DO NOT WANT. Stay the **** away Carlos Boozer!

 

So me and my friends had this conversation a few weeks ago and I've been meaning to post it on here to see what you guys thought and what you'd do:

It's say, July 3rd and Dwyane Wade's decision has been made: He will sign with the Chicago Bulls. At this point, LeBron James has already re-signed with Cleveland and Chris Bosh has re-signed with Toronto. Amare Stoudemire, Dirk, Carlos Boozer, Joe Johnson, and David Lee are now the best unrestricted free agents remaining on the market. You also have Rudy Gay out there on the restrictive end. Miami has the cap space to sign two of those players. WHAT DO YOU DO?

Interesting because everyone else in the conversation opted to spend the money on two players; ranging from JJ / Lee to JJ / Amare to JJ / Boozer, etc. picking up Wade's replacement and a prominent big man.

 

I dont want Boozer on the Knicks unless he signs on cheap as a PF. He is definitely not a center, cant block shots.

Re Bosh: If wade or Lebron calls him and says come with me to NY or Miami...guess what, hes going. He would be out of his mind nuts not to. Ditto for Amare and Dirk (even though I know Dirk loves Dallas).

If it goes down that way and Im the Knicks, I take Dirk and Amare, then I try my best to pry away Chris Paul. After that, it wont matter who else we have in the lineup with Dirk, Amare, Gallinari and Paul. You have Section as the SG it wouldnt matter cause that unit would drop 120 a night

As much as I like Rudy Gay, theres no room for him with Chandler and Gallinari

 

LOL! There's no way Wade even considers Chicago now after what happened tonight with all those shots + the flagrant they took at him. Thanks Kirk Hinrich & Brad Miller for the confirmation you ****ing idiots.

 

I was thinking of something similar, except I'd keep Beasley. I'd tank long and hard for Brandon Knight in 2011. Go after Melo in the summer.

 

In that case color him a lock for Miami because Riley actually wanted him OVER Wade in the 2003 draft. Strong FYI: Riley had to be talked into selecting Wade over Chris Kaman and Kirk Hinrich, his top two choices after LBJ, Melo, & Bosh. I'm just basing this on all of the signals... Chris Bosh really wants to stay in Toronto. He loves Canada which has endorsed him as King over there. If anything, I could have seen him going back home to Dallas but they're out of the race having picked up Caron Butler's contract.

Still view Miami as a realistic option, but in the distance behind re-upping with Toronto. I'd look to New York but only if paired with Wade or LeBron. It's much easier to just sign with Wade in Miami.

Manu Ginobili is one player I never feel bad for when he gets injured. In fact, if I ever attend a game where he gets hurt I will not clap when he gets up. I really, really hate Ginobili and he's already showing why just five minutes into this game. Flopping punk sissy *****, whiny crybaby ****** (gay word that starts with an "F").

What a great 22-2 run by Miami that was killed by Dwyane Wade's excessive jumpshots (what's new).

His jumper has been off all year. We can't win a playoff series unless he turns it back on magically.
