Oh please. He threw that on the run and Wallace had poor body control. In preseason I called out Tannehill for his poor throw to Wallace that everyone wanted to blame Wallace for. I don't have any bias for one or the other, I put blame where it goes. That was on Wallace if you have to assign blame.

All rules changes are designed to protect certain teams. Miami hasn't been one of those teams in a long time, if ever. Brady and Manning should be on the competition committee. That would make the process more transparent.

problem is he doesn't look for the ball. I argued last season that wallace is a perfect pass placement wr. He won't fight, he'll body catch and fears contact.

 

Well, for as bad as Miami's played offensively, if the D holds they're in the game still. As far as what I'd like to see changed:

- Stop with the Double A gap pressure looks; they don't work against Tom Brady and you're placing your [backup] LBs at a natural disadvantage in coverage.
- Get Charles Clay involved.
- Keep running the ball; they're moving it effectively, but incorporate some zone-read and read-option looks.
- Move Tannehill around.

 

There's enough blame to go around.

Tanny's accuracy.

Wallace's effort and awareness.

Philbin's CONVICTION that they do not need to spend time working on improving their chemistry.

 

Since the message board era began, I can't think of a receiver that this fanbase has liked.

 

I like it now. I don't like it after Belicheck can make his adjustments.

 

Wallace and Tannehill are both the problem. Anybody ever think of that?
